The Abatek Damper-Spacer unites numerous technical advantages into ONE part!
It obviously increases efficiency and saves cost.
This solution offers automated SMT placeable assembly with 12mm standard feeder. No extra operation to add dampers/spacers with adhesive, screws or springs.
In addition there is a wide range of design freedom.

THERMAL PAD
The two in one solution.
A flexible and extremely soft silicone rubber which is fire resistant, has thermal conductivity and great heat stability. It transfers the heat from components like CPU or IC to a heat sink or metal case efficently.
In addition Thermal Pad also works as a distance keeper/cushion protecting electronic components. One or two sided adhesive is optional.

Light Guide Sheet (LGS) also offer lightning and sealing options in one. Light Guide Film (LGF) is ultra-thin for very slim solutions and can be placed directly over metal domes.
