Abatek provides solutions for guiding electromagnetic fields from the surface to the PCB. Furthermore conductive foils detecting the capacitive interaction right below the surface are offered.
Bridging the airgap by guiding the electromagnetic field down from the A-surface to the PCB board via customized silicone is a very cost efficient and robust solution.
The capacitive function can be combined with tactile feel and illumination.
